Sales Advisor – Showroom (32–40 hours)
Ceramic Consultant at Moods Concepts

To serve our clients even better, we are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor — or as we like to say, Ceramic Consultant. You are the face of Moods Concepts in our showroom. You welcome interior professionals, think along with them, and translate their visions into concrete tile selections. You understand better than anyone how important aesthetics, materials, and details are for a successful design.

Your responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting interior architects, designers, and other professionals in our showroom
• Advising on our tile collections, their applications, and possible combinations
• Translating client wishes and ideas into tailored proposals and quotations
• Collaborating closely with the back office to ensure smooth handling of requests and orders
 • Contributing ideas on showroom presentation and enhancing the customer experience

Who you are
• You have a background or strong affinity with tiles, interior design, or architecture
• You’re commercially driven without losing sight of excellent service
• You’re well-presented, client-focused, and a thoughtful partner for professionals
• You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• You work in a structured way and have a keen eye for detail
 • Experience in a consultative showroom role is a plus

Sales Support Administrator (32–40 hours)

Your role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you are a vital link in our sales team. You support the department by preparing quotes, managing client communication, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly, and our clients notice the difference.

Your responsibilities
• Preparing and following up on quotations for interior professionals
• Processing client data in our ERP/CRM systems
• Maintaining professional contact with clients via phone and email
• Supporting the showroom consultants and field sales team
• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to customer satisfaction
 • Contributing ideas to improve team processes

What we ask of you
• Minimum MBO+ level of education and thinking
• Some experience in an administrative/commercial support role
• Affinity with interior design is a plus
• You are accurate, customer-oriented, and a strong communicator
• You can switch easily between different tasks and systems
 • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
